About Author

She holds an M.A. in English Literature (1970) and an LLB (1971), and has over 50 years of experience teaching English to children and adults. Since 1992, she has written 800+ articles, stories, and poems, over 200 children’s books, and 15 novels for young adults. A life member of AWIC, she has won multiple national awards, including CBT’s All India Prizes and honors from Tinkle, Family Magazine, and Femina–Aahat. Her work has been published internationally, with one story translated into Japanese and several featured in Atlanta-based publications.
