Kite flying is a very popular sport in India, as in many parts of the world too. This is a story of two boys Manu and Bala who are neighbours and have a kite flying competition. In school also they are competitors and come 1st or 2nd in class. The message is that you should try to win but be ready to lose.

She holds an M.A. in English Literature (1970) and an LLB (1971), and has over 50 years of experience teaching English to children and adults. Since 1992, she has written 800+ articles, stories, and poems, over 200 children’s books, and 15 novels for young adults.
