This book is about the basic colours and how they are mixed to give various shades, with a recognition of slight differences in the tones and the tints that are confusing, so that the reader has a clear perception of even the nuances of all the colours, be it the rainbow or the basic prism.
She holds an M.A. in English Literature (1970) and an LLB (1971), and has over 50 years of experience teaching English to children and adults. Since 1992, she has written 800+ articles, stories, and poems, over 200 children’s books, and 15 novels for young adults. A life member of AWIC, she has won multiple national awards, including CBT’s All India Prizes and honors from Tinkle, Family Magazine, and Femina–Aahat. Her work has been published internationally, with one story translated into Japanese and several featured in Atlanta-based publications. Many of her books have appeared on HT Neilson’s Best Seller list, often ranking above renowned authors like Ruskin Bond.
