A Piercing Scream

This is a story of a ten year old boy named Neil who just wants to have fun and so he indulges himself without any will power or control, despite being warned and ends up harming himself, when he gets so much pain that he can't bear it. What happens to him? Does he suffer for his indulgence or he gets away with it?
